The main issues that will be studied in this research is Administrative Employee Performance in Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital Bandung, which, allegedly influenced by Discipline and Job Stress. Also to measure the influence of Discipline and Job Stress on Administrative Employee Performance in Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital Bandung, whether simultaneously or partially.
The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze Discipline, Work Stress, and Employee Performance in Administrative Employee in Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital Bandung.
The method used in this research is descriptive and verificative approach. Respondents in this study are 85 Administrative Employee in Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital Bandung.. The data in this study is primary data, where the data is obtained from the respondents' answers to a questionnaire that author distributed.
The results of data analysis that has been done showed significant influence of Discipline and Work Stress both simultaneously and partially on Administrative Employee Performance at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital Bandung. If Work Discipline rise, Employee Performance will also increase, and vice versa. On the other hand, Work Stress negatively affects Employee Performance, if the Work Stress rises, Employee Performance will fall, and vice versa.
