In the evolving digital era, local marketing has become crucial for small businesses to compete effectively and reach relevant audiences. Google My Business (GMB) has emerged as a key tool in digital marketing strategies, offering solutions to enhance the visibility and appeal of local products. This journal aims to explore how the introduction and utilization of Google My Business can improve the marketing of local products. Using a qualitative research method through case studies and interviews with small business owners, this study identifies various features and benefits of GMB, such as profile optimization, review management, and customer interaction. Findings indicate that effective use of GMB can improve local search rankings, expand market reach, and enhance customer interactions, which in turn contributes to increased sales and customer satisfaction. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for small business owners and digital marketers on how to leverage digital technology to support local business growth.
