Abstract

Good cash management is the foundation of the financial stability of a business. For farmers, improper cash management can cause difficulties in meeting operational needs, result in disruption to harvest, and reduce competitiveness in the market. Many farmers do not understand the importance of good cash management, so they have difficulty managing cash flow, separating personal and business finances, and managing investments. This training aims to increase farmers' understanding of cash management, so they can better plan and control cash flows, reduce liquidity risks and maximize investment opportunities. Training methods include preparation, implementation and direct practice, with a focus on preparing cash flow reports and using digital software. Farmers who are able to manage cash well can increase operational efficiency, minimize financial risks, and take advantage of existing business opportunities. Therefore, training and assistance related to cash management needs to be provided to farmers in this area to support the growth and sustainability of brand businesses
